have your moments は、時にうまくいく という意味です。
have your / its moments で、時に成功する や 時にうまくいく という意味です。I have my moments は、やる時はやる という意味で用いられます。moment(瞬間)が示すように、ずっとではなく、短い期間や時々ではあるけど、うまくいく(成功する)ときに使えます。

put out は、発表する という意味です。

in light of 〜 は、〜 を考慮して という意味です。
light = 明かりから、〜を照らして考慮すると、 という風に考えると覚えやすいと思います。同義語として、take 〜 into consideration、in view of 〜、because of 〜 などがあります。ちなみに、引用文の bolster は、強化する と意味です。detail に関しては、詳細 という意味の他に、警備という意味もあります。

〜 come with the territory は、〜 はつきものだ という意味です。
territory は、領土や縄張り という意味の他に、(学問や活動の)分野・領域 〈英辞郎より〉という意味もあります。〜 には、その分野や領域がくっついてくる → 〜 には、つきものだ というニュアンスになります。go with the territory でも、同様の意味になります。

Don’t sweat it( 心配しないで )

don’t sweat itは、心配しないで という意味です。
スラングで、Don’t worry about it と同じ意味です。sweat は、汗をかく という意味の他に、俗語で 心配する という意味もあります。

make it up to 〜 は、〜 に対して埋め合わせをする という意味です。
迷惑や損失を与えてしまった相手への埋め合わせをするような場合に使えるフレーズです。
you get yourself a deal は、交渉成立だ という意味です。
条件や取引について合意する時によく使われるフレーズです。同じ意味で、It’s a deal もよく使われます。
